     All of us want to be confident and feel confident. But there are many among us who have little or no self confidence. Self confidence is not acquired overnight. It takes a lot of determination and dedication for people who have insecurities and low self esteem within themselves to improve their self confidence. If you want to know how to improve self confidence then there are some easy steps that can be very helpful for you.It is a fact that everyone is not born with an in built sense of self confidence.Some people may find it hard to develop confidence sometimes because of their personal experiences or if they have very low self esteem. There are a few techniques or handy things that you can do to build your confidence. Some of these techniques are very simple and little changes that you can easily follow, and the others are things you need to work on for a bit longer to get the desired goal.

   
Recognize Your Insecurities.We all have our own flaws and insecurities since nobody is perfect. There is no need to worry for something that you cannot fix yourself or a past negative experience. Things happen in life and you have to accept that there is no way to go back and fix things up. So if you feel ashamed of anything you did or that happened in your life you will most likely not get over this completely but over time you may gradually. Talk to yourself or anyone you trust and love a lot about it. You need to get rid of things that make you feel bad. Learning to accept by recognizing your insecurities can help you grow stronger and building more confidence.

     Once you identify the exercise that you can see yourself sticking to for a few weeks, or even longer, decide how many times a week you will perform the routine. Remember, you can start slowly and for short periods of time and gradually build on them.You can start with, say, slow jogging for three minutes at a time two days a week. The following week increase that two minutes to three minutes. Continue this way until you reach forty minutes to one hour. Then you can, if you want to, exercise for four days a week then maybe five.

      It dampens your self confidence when you don't see progress toward you goals, and allowing for too many distractions will hinder your progression.When you notice a place where you can focus, then Do what ever you can to change up your working environment. I go to Starbucks when I really want to focus and get my task completed.I usually buy a coffee but that's all of the distractions I have. There are no television, refrigerator, or people interruptions. Just Coffee and a hard stool chair to keep you focused.

      Self esteem is broadly how we feel about ourselves. Self esteem is not something that we inherit from our parents or something that we have the moment we are born. Everybody wants a life filled with success and happiness; but this is often difficult to accomplish, especially for those who have low self-esteem. Good thing there are things we can do to improve our self esteem. But, you can't just improve your self esteem right away, it is a long and often difficult process that needs determination. Below are 7 easy steps to guide you on how to improve self esteem:Stop comparing yourself with others. Inasmuch as you are more gifted or gifted than others, there are also others who have more than what you have. If you keep on comparing, you will find yourself feeling inferior very often.

Many times, you can end up dismissing any chance you have to shine. It is up to you to ensure that you are on good terms with your conscience so that you can allow it to do what needs to be done. If you form friendships with people who are pessimistic and controlling, you are likely going to feel bad about yourself most of the time. Take note of what your triggers are and try to avoid them or better yet, learn ways to better cope with them. If your appearance is causing you to feel bad about yourself, then work on improving it--exercise, eat well and dress sharply.

      Follow your fashion: you are original and that means that your way is customized only for you. In such a case, you are the master of your own game. It is thus easy for you to win in such a situation no matter the challenges. So, avoid 'copy and pasting' other peoples ideas.Know your niche. Identify the thing that you do best and be sure to impress at all times. You are better placed knowing your area of specialty than trying to do things that do not fit into your style of life. You are at home in your own niche thus an increased self-confidence.

      Be social and thus more interactive. By reaching out to more people, you are able to learn new things and how to get by with life. Keeping to yourself is an enemy to your self-confidence later in your life. Therefore, try to come out of the cocoon.

      Be as knowledgeable as possible. Take the time to learn a number of things that directly affect your life like work or school-related things and several others. It will help you know what to say during conversations and thus improve your confidence greatly.Love yourself. Go out have fun and feel good all the time there is the chance for it.
